Curteous staff.

Poor internet connection.

Disappointed, I had to go down to the desk to get linens for the pullout, but was relieved the 'thing' under the pullout was a child's toy as opposed to something.

Pleasant staff and
clean room.

Construction and the wireless internet did not work in my room - I had to go to the lobby to go online and also the side entrance doors were not locked.
